Definitions and Interpretations
The following terms used in these terms and conditions carry specific meanings:
- "kaya9" or "Platform" — The kaya9.cam website and all services under it.
- "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the kaya9 platform or is using its services.
- "Account" — The personal gaming account registered by a user.
- "Service" — Online betting, casino games, slots, and other gaming features provided through kaya9.
- "Bonus" — Promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback, and other rewards.
- "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used on this platform.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
The kaya9 platform is only for individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your actual age at the time of registration. Accounts of underage individuals will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Only
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. kaya9 reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided. Any change in information must be reported to kaya9 without delay.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
kaya9 may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any suspicious activity related to your account, inform our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
kaya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Evidence of bonus abuse.
- Receipt of a legal directive from the authorities.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or logins for more than 12 months, the account may be marked as inactive. A minimum maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at kaya9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit and to an account belonging to the same person. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
4.3 Suspicious Transactions
In the case of suspicious or unusual transactions, kaya9 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold for additional verification. We comply with applicable laws to prevent money laundering and reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (20 times the total of deposit plus bonus must be wagered).
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Each account may participate in a promotion only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
- kaya9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household or the same device are not permitted.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.3 VIP and Cashback Program
kaya9 has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback weekly
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback weekly
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback weekly
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback weekly
Higher VIP tiers can be reached through regular and active participation. The detailed terms of the kaya9 VIP program are published separately and are subject to change.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
The outcome of all games on kaya9 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely unbiased and unpredictable. No claims regarding game outcomes will be considered.
6.2 Sports Betting
The following terms apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and other leagues), and other sports:
- Bets will be settled after the official match result is announced.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded (subject to applicable conditions).
- kaya9 will not be responsible for connection issues during live betting.
- Use of manual or programmatic betting tools is prohibited.
6.3 System Errors
kaya9 reserves the right to void any bonus, winnings, or balance displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or system failure. Deliberately taking advantage of such errors is prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kaya9 platform:
- Fraud, deception, or providing false information.
- Operating multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
- Using another person's account or selling/transferring an account.
- Using betting bots, automation software, or hacking tools.
- Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities.
- Money laundering or the flow of illegal funds.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
- Coordinated fraud or chargeback attempts against the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kaya9 website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected as kaya9's intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content is prohibited except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The trademarks and content of game providers partnered with us (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.) are the property of the respective providers and may not be used without their permission.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Interruptions

If any term is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining terms will continue in full effect.
